Hurricane Earl 09.03.2010

After a slow start and a few puzzled forecasts, the swell delivered in full force on Friday, September 3rd. Everywhere was huge with raging currents and massive rips. Jupiter was basically out of control.

I headed down to Palm Beach with Jeremy Stanley to find just epic conditions. 6-8 foot bombs lining up and delivering crystal blue perfection. I shot from the water for about an hour and the jellyfish larvae were so bad that I have been dealing with insane head-to- toe bites every since. In fact, the poison from the stings even gave me a raging fever for the past two days.

I can assure you it was no fun being the buffet but here are the results of the effort.

Enjoy,
MF

Thanks to Earl and Jeremy for throwing it down.
